Governing Law & Jurisdiction

gamerunexist operates under the laws of Sri Lanka for users resident in LKA. Any disputes arising from use of the platform are subject to Sri Lankan law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Age, Eligibility & Account Responsibility

Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to access and use gamerunexist. In Sri Lanka, minors are prohibited from creating accounts independently. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate information, securing credentials, and ensuring any underage access is blocked.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
Account holders must not permit minors to use accounts where age restrictions apply.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of eligibility rules.

Prohibited Conduct

To keep the platform safe and fair, the following activities are prohibited:

Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game mechanics.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
Using automated bots, scripts, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage.
Attempting fraud, money laundering, unauthorized payments, or circumvention of security.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, forfeiture of prizes, or account termination.

Intellectual Property & Content Rules

All content on gamerunexist, including branding, graphics, game assets, and written materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works except with prior written permission.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, provide a written notice containing identification of the work, location on our site, contact details, and a statement of good faith. Notices should be sent to our designated agent at the address below.
